Protrans provides an internet based digital dictation system portal for clients to call in Toll-Free 24/7 to dictate. Our United States based staff transcribes those recordings into Word documents or other formats utilizing computers, transcription equipment and special software.

Every client is assigned a dedicated transcription/proofreading group. All of your recordings are handled by that same group of transcriptionists every day. It’s like having your own personal office staff. Protrans does not use voice recognition technology. We believe in the talents of the human being. Your transcription is proofed for Quality Assurance by our dedicated in-house QA staff. When transcription and proofreading is completed, we upload the transcribed reports to the client via encrypted email or our secure FTP site for client to download.
